Monster Trucks - Movie Review

The Movie: Monster Trucks

The Director: Chris Wedge (Epic)

The Cast: Lucas Till, Jane Levy, Thomas Lennon, Barry Pepper, Rob Lowe, Danny Glover, Amy Ryan, Holt, McCallany, Frank Whaley, and Aliyah O'Brien.

The Story: A high school senior ends up with a monster in his monster truck and it's up to them to save their town from a corporate created environmental disaster.

The Review:
This was not on the top of my list of movies to see but I decided to check it out anyway. It's a pretty typical kid-friendly film with lots of laughs, goofy antics, and over the top action although less of a premium was placed on quality acting, coherent dialog, and plot logistics. Anyway, I'm not really knocking the film for its flaws because I was expecting them to be there and it's really not that big of a deal. The people in the audience, especially the younger ones, all seemed to have a good time so feel free to check it out, just keep your expectations on the lower side and you'll be fine.
