Hello friends and welcome to season one, episode seven of the TwoOhSix.com
Podcast! Diversity in Film: Conversations from Within the Industry is hosted
by TwoOhSix.com founder Marc Morin and features conversations with actors,
directors, producers, film critics and more all discussing their thoughts on
diversity in an industry that has been in need of some new perspectives and
fresh voices. Let's get to it!
Amie Simon and I have been crossing paths in the Seattle film scene for
several years especially during the Seattle International Film Festival as
well as working together through Smarthouse Creative, the PR firm she
currently works for. Amie is also a contributor for Three Imaginary Girls and
I Love Splatter and her extensive knowledge of the film industry made for some
great conversation as we were able to cover a wide variety of topics.
