The Review:
Okay, so this is one of the coolest, most outrageous concepts I've seen in a horror movie for some time. There is so much about this movie, the story, and the characters that is so unexpected and I mean that in a very refreshing way. Director Justin G. Dyck starts off the movie presenting some wild events in a very casual way that makes them seem almost ordinary instead of outlandish and that sets the tone for the rest of the movie and all of the reveals that follow.

One of the things I really loved about this movie is how many Holy Shit!, jaw dropping moments there are whether they are meant to scare or shock or make you laugh, they are there and especially in the third act when things really get crazy. That being said, I did feel like the second act slowed way down and felt a bit long and drawn out. I was actually getting a bit worries that it would kill the movie for me but that third act was exactly how I was hoping it would finish.

You've seen kidnapping movies before, you've seen possession movies before, and you've seen exorcism movies before, but this is an entirely new twist on all of them. Anything for Jackson is a wildly entertaining mash up of horror and comedy. Definitely one of the better genre films I've seen this year.
