The Nightstream virtual film festival will take place October 8th through the 11th and is the combined efforts of five different film festivals that have been unable to enjoy their normal festival experience due to 2020 being a big pile of poo. Everyone is hoping that film festivals will be able to resume the in person experience at some point next year although for now, we can still gather virtually to enjoy some wonderful genre films.
The organizations included in this effort are the Boston Underground Film Festival, the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival, the North Bend Film Festival, the Overlook Film Festival, and the Popcorn Frights Film Festival. My coverage will focus on feature films and below you will find a list of the movies I have picked as the ones you do not want to miss.
