Capsule Review:
When I watched the trailer for Sofia Auza's debute feature film, adapted from her 2019 short film of the same name, I instantly had a feeling that this could be something special. After watching the movie, those feelings were absolutely confirmed. The writing, the acting, the set design, and the cinematography are all beautifully crafted in an engagingly emotional way that you can't help but fall in love with. This is the type of movie and the type of storytelling that makes me love attending and covering film festivals.
