Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Japanese Posters
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is sure to be a global phenomenon when it is released in December so it makes sense that we are starting to see marketing materials hitting the internet from other countries. I really like the look of the Japanese character posters and especially since they highlight a very diverse cast of characters to go along with the female lead played by Felicity Jones.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens - Poster Debut
Not many movies warrant the type of attention that a Star Wars film attracts as every bit of information released to the public gets scrutinized to no end so when even something like a new poster is released, it's considered big news. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is now exactly two months away and this final poster, being released just a day or two before tickets go on sale, fits right in with all the classic Star Wars posters we all know and love.

Star Wars News at Disney's D23 Expo
This year, Disney Studios had a great opportunity to give its most hardcore fan base at least a small glimpse at what is being planned for the upcoming Star Wars movie releases. What is already publicly known is that JJ Abrams will direct what is being currently referred to as Episode VII and the movie will be released during the summer of 2015.

Star Wars: The Map
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away a whole bunch of stuff happened across many planets and several star systems. There was talk of trade routes, mentions of far off regions, and a core section of colonies and planets that held most of the galaxy's inhabitants.
Have you ever wondered how all these planets and systems would be laid out across the now famous fictional galaxy that George Lucas first imagined back in the early 70's? Well, now you can see for yourself thanks to an amazing map that was posted on DiscoveryNews.com.

Toy Story 3 Meets Star Wars!
Star Wars Episode VII now has a connection with two Oscar winning movies including Toy Story 3 and Little Miss Sunshine. The official Star Wars blog has announced that award winning writer Michael Arndt will write the screenplay for the new Star Wars film.
This is exciting news as it adds an immediate level of quality to a production that will come with extremely high expectations.
What do you think about this announcement? Are you excited for more Star Wars movies? What type of stories would you like to see from Disney and Lucasfilm as they continue to expand the universe that George Lucas created back in the late 70's.

Star Wars: "Noooooo!!!!"
After watching the Star Wars saga on Blu Ray, I am pretty indifferent to the changes George Lucas continues to make to his movies every time they are released in a new format. Most of the changes are pretty minor and have little impact on the story although taking the terrible "Nooooo!!!" Darth Vader moment from Epsiode 3 and recreating it in the climactic scene of Return of the Jedi is a bit much. If you don't know what I'm talking about, check the videos below.
