The Last Stand - Movie Review
There are movies that become memorable experiences and then there are movies you wish you could forget. The return of an action hero icon should fall in to the former category and Arnold Schwarzenegger does his best to make that happen. South Korean director Jee-woon Kim brings his offbeat style to a production that everyone hopes will bring "The Governator" back to big screen prominence.

A Haunted House - Movie Review
For the last few years, the "found footage" style of film making has taken a foothold and become a sub genre within the various types of horror movies that appear each year. Movies like Paranormal Activity, The Last Exorcism, and The Devil Inside have achieved a consistent level of box office success so of course, it must be time for Marlon Wayans to take on the genre with one of his comedic spoofs.

My Favorite Movies of 2011
In September of 2011, I began writing reviews and posting other articles on this here website. What started as a creative outlet with no real direction in mind has turned into a dedicated passion that I am almost afraid to even think about stepping away from at this point. The final four months of 2011 turned in to a testing ground for the content you now see on a regular basis. The site will continue to evolve and expand and I will keep posting my thoughts as long as you keep reading them.

Gangster Squad - Movie Review
One thing that has been missing from theaters lately is a really good gangster movie. Director Ruben Fleischer, who also directed the super awesome Zombieland, takes a shot at the genre by adapting Gangster Squad from a novel written by Will Beall and Paul Lieberman. With the combination of Penn, Gosling, and Brolin headlining the cast, there is no doubt audiences will be looking to see if this is a movie they can't refuse.
