The Justice league is (Finally) Coming!

So, here's the big news we've all been waiting for. Based on some big announcements coming out of the 2013 San Diego Comic Con, DC Comics along with Warner Brothers and Legendary Pictures are about to unleash a slate of superhero films that will lead up to a big time Justice League movie. The internet has gone haywire over what exactly they have planned and we now have the scoop on what you can expect over the next few years.

Movie Releases for July 19th

If your plan is to see a movie or two this weekend, there are several new choices for your viewing pleasure. Fortunately, we have had a chance to see and review these movies so you know which ones are the best to spend your hard earned money on.

R.I.P.D. - Movie Review

R.I.P.D. is another entry into the world of comic book adaptations although the source material from Dark Horse Comics is not as widely known as its Marvel or DC counterparts. Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Bridges, Mary-Louise Parker, and Kevin Bacon have all been in comic book movies before, but never in anything quite like this otherworldly tale of paranormal police officers who set out to protect the planet from things that do much more than just go bump in the night.

Red 2 - Movie Review

After Red, a DC Comics adaptation, became a surprise hit back in 2010, there was no doubt we would eventually be seeing more from our new favorite aging agents. Sure enough, Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, and Helen Mirren all are back for Red 2 along with Anthony Hopkins, Byung-hun Lee, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
